Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details once dispatched.

Shipping Charges

Domestic Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on delivery location and package weight.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS.

You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website using the tracking link provided.
Undelivered or Lost Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details, customers will be responsible for re-shipping charges.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will investigate with the shipping provider and offer either a replacement or full refund.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

Provide photos of the package and the damaged/missing product(s).

After verification, we will issue a replacement or refund as applicable.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are not included in the order total at checkout.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery, as required by the destination country's laws.
Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.
